Artist Alley Registration

SacAnime Winter 2025 is being held at the SAFE Credit Union (Sacramento) Convention Center from Friday to Sunday, January 3rd – 5th 2025.

SacAnime Winter 25 Applications are now CLOSED!

Here is the list of artists chosen and curated this time around.

Winter25 Artist list/map

If you see your name on the list, you have been contacted via email.

The list is Live and will show changes if any dropouts or non-confirmations happen.

If you do not see your name on the list, you were NOT selected and will NOT receive an email.

If you did not make it on the list for this event you still have one more chance!

Our winter event often results in many dropouts and cancellations due to weather and covid conditions being higher than normal.

To gather last minute fill ins, we will be having a VERY LIMITED first come first serve waitlist sign up form.

Starting December 7th at 12:00pm (PST)

Ending December 8th at 12:00pm (PST)

Which will place you on a short waitlist to be called if spaces become available. The signup form will appear here on the SacAnime artist alley registration page

(Last event, the form did crash a bit due to the number of applicants. That is beyond our control so please be patient with it)

Thank you so much to everyone that applied!

Looking forward to another great event this winter.

CALIFORNIA SELLER’S PERMIT

By law, any individual selling items in the state of California must have a California Seller’s Permit. You must be 18 years of age or older to obtain a California Seller’s Permit. The permit is free, and very easy to obtain. You may apply for a permit by mail, or in person at one of the Board of Equalization field offices.

SacAnime requires that all sellers provide a photocopy of their seller’s permit during check in. Additionally, all sellers must keep either the original or a copy at their table as according to state policy. You do not need your permit for registration.

The California Seller’s Permit application can be found at the California Board of Equalization website. If you run into problems that cannot be addressed by the Board of Equalization, please contact the Artist Alley staff as soon as possible.
